As the host of Lets Go Blues Radio, the original St. Louis Blues hockey podcast, you will find tidbits of my fandom throughout this channel. More importantly, though, you will find vintage hockey games (not just Blues). I recorded most myself, but have found many through other means. These games range from 1967-2006.

what a legend ahahaha
Frazier tried his best to help the flyers, but it wasn't nearly enough lol ..
RIP #38, Pavel Demitra.
Thanks for the upload 😁
If the Oilers come all the way back from an 0-3 deficit and beat the Panthers in Game 7 on Monday, they will win their 1st Stanley Cup since 1990 and become the 1st Canadian team to win it since the Canadiens in 1993.
Nope didn’t happen.
It’s crazy how lax the refs are in this game. Cheap shot after cheap shot by both teams and almost no penalties. I kinda love it. This style of hockey was so physical.
I was about 15 first playoff game. Amazing
Lol his foot was in the crease.
I recall how the talking heads said the Legion of Doom will crush the Red Wings. 😂😂 The Wings were having none of it.😂😂 LGRW
That 50 goal season...he's like the Brad Anderson of hockey
This was the end of my freshman year in high school and it was the first (of many) times the Flyers broke my heart. Now, thanks to politics being injected into absolutely everything, I don't even watch the NHL anymore.

I was 26yrs old. Watching these games live with my buddies, having a few High Life's 🍻 ... Those were the days!!

BEST DETROIT TEAM EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This goal was absolutely gorgeous 😍😍😍

Im glad scotty bowman couldn't stand him
NO GOAL!
Ka-Kaw!
Merci beaucoup pour ce post! Pour un match de fin des années 70, le rythme est pas mal bon!
whááááóóóó!
Watching this game as the Wings end their 42 year drought at a pub up here in Mohawk, MI on the Keweenaw Peninsula in Upper Michigan with a bunch other Yoopers who are die hard Red Wings fans. LGRW
Those clips of nick ... What ever his damn name is were sooooo bad . I'm glad that's not a thing anymore. Truly awful
The Canucks choked away ‘02 and ‘03. They went up 2-0 against Detroit and then lost 4 in a row. Then they were up 3-1 here and lost 3 in a row. This should’ve been the Canucks year. All they had to do to win the West was beat Minnesota and Anaheim. And unlike Anaheim, the Canucks had actual offensive firepower. No chance they get shut out by Martin Brodeur 3x
SIMPLY THE BEST INTRODUCTION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RED WINGS FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
anyone know why the soviets never pulled their goalies??...didnt do it in 1980 against the US...didnt do it here...same with the Canada Cup...anybody know why??

So many legends
What were Devils fans shouting when they named the Ducks starting lineups
This was really cool! No cell phones...different time.
Melrose's mullet > Olcyzk's whole existence
Was it a WHA thing to split periods into two halves?
Do you have any other WHA games with Geordie Howe?
Amazing in 1997, 1998, 1999 2001 and 2002 the Blues lost to the eventual Stanley Cup champion. But yet those Detroit Dallas and Colorado teams were powerhouses but the Blues always competed speak to the great coaching of Joel Quienville who won the cup as an assistant coach in 1996 than when on to win 3 with Chicago but his St louis work also showed he was a great coach
During the peak of the Joel Queneville era as Blues coach, they were a team that simply played with the ice tilted towards the other team’s zone. It helped having a prime Chris Pronger and an ageless Al MacInnis on defense. Then they had defensive minded centers in Michael Handzus and Craig Conroy. Ken Hitchcock even admitted that he hated playing against those Blues teams. They had no problems outplaying the Avalanche. It was just Patrick Roy always stood on his head and Joe Sakic always scored situational goals. The Red Wings were the one team that sucked all the confidence out of them!
Two Texas sports victories in 1999, Dallas Stars & San Antonio Spurs.
Ginette Reno sang Canada's 🇨🇦 National Anthem, "O Canada" at outset, Game ll, ll-game "Rendezvous '87" exhibition series bet. N.H.L.'s All-stars/Soviet National team during 1986-1987 N.H.L. season
I love that song . Oh What A Night (December 1963) !
Gee, don’t mention the Whalers. They only won the first Avco cup.
I recall being at a hockey memorabilia show in Toronto and one fellow from PA had DVDs of the first film here and he said that the film was discovered in an old closet that belonged to someone who'd been one of the WHA's original executives. Very nice, rare footage of the jerseys and characters of that league back then.
"SCORE! SCORE! SCORE! THE DALLAS STARS!! BRETT HULL! THEY'VE WON THE STANLEY CUP! DEEP IN THE HEART OF TEXAS, THE STARS... ARE SHINING!!" - Gary Thorne, 1999

Do you happen to have August 5,2002 between Dallas Stars ⭐️ and I believe St Louis?
I do not. Sorry!
My heart was crush sabers all day now we got lindy ruff back
Wish I knew why Fuhr was picked to be the starter. He pretty much lost that job to Moog that season in Edmonton. And then Malarchuk on the squad too? So many guys who had better numbers who should have been there.
Man, Cloutier 😂
RIP Al Shaver.
