Started taking oZ about a year ago, type 2 diabetic , uncontrolled blood sugar( still a sugar addict). 3 months in and my A1C had dropped considerably, great 👍. All of a sudden demand takes over supply and everything comes to a screeching halt. Fast forward, today I have boxes of this stuff in my refrigerator (all of a sudden, the supplies are no longer an issue) and I refuse to restart because of 2 reasons. (1) the supply chain might stop again and (2) the not knowing of the potential harm is just not worth the risk. Why keep getting your prescription refilled? Not sure 🤔 at the moment, scared to be without it and again, too scared to take it.

Don’t we want to get rid of surgeries? Unless some extreme side effect pops up I think gp1 drugs are the better method. Mounjaro has changed my life I’m down 40 lbs, eating Whole Foods, tracking foods, drinking water, going to the gym, walking even when I’m disabled from a car accident and use a walker. I just walk in 10 minute burst and can swim hours on end.

Isn’t that the American way? Instead of fixing the underlying issue, go for the magic pill despite the potential for long term ill effects. Who the hell knows what this stuff will do to a person years down the line…cancer? heart problems? kidney or liver failure? I’m speaking as an obese person who’s done it all to lose the weight. The only thing that has worked for me is working on fixing my metabolic disorder through a carnivore lifestyle. I’m not a carnivore apologist or prophet. This is just what works best for ME. But any successful weight loss strategy for a person with metabolic disease has to incorporate a low carb higher fat approach. I chose carnivore because it’s super simple. Not easy but simple. Have lost 45 lbs in 8 months but the best part is how I feel which is great. A1C has gone from 6 (pre-diabetic) to 5.4 And I don’t have Ozempic face, thank heavens

Losing weight is not complicated and you don't need a magic potion or a pill. The body needs two macronutrients animal protein and animal fat. Do not need carbs or sugars or fiber. Your body will burn its own fats as energy. You lose weight. You are healthier just because you take a magic pill or a potion and lose weight does not make You healthy? This is all about pharmaceutical companies making money. It's not about somebody's health

Its insane to look to a pill/chemical to lose weight. I lost 80 lbs cutting out all processed food, sugar. Meat mostly with a few veggies rwice a week . Reversed t2 diabetes, excellent labs for5st time in 30 yrs. Never eating the SAD diet again. Age 65 and othe than a .25 mcg thyroid pill, on zero meds.

He is actually really doing something. Making a great contribution. We love his show. He earns and builds respect and trust. Once he does this, they become unafraid to open up and tell their story.
