This game had several issues, but the motion capture and animation work was definitely not one of them. This fight, and a lot of the dinosaur kill animations were so well done im willing to overlook the massive difficulty spikes and copious amounts of QTEs lmao

I really enjoyed the 5 year old video and seeing the many heat actions and your reaction to each of them but, with no mention of this mistake and since I have played Kurohyou 1 with the English Patch, I would like to say this. Tatsuya is NOT a yakuza wannabe. Rather he is just a punk from the streets who accidentally kills the right-hand man of the Kuki family Toda before being forced to fight in the Dragon's Heat run by Kuki, head of the Kuki family. Tatsuya even calls the yakuza nothing but scum during the first chapter before killing Toda so it's something to put out incase anyone watching wants to get into Kurohyou. I'd also like to say play Kurohyou 1 first as the story is amazing with how Tatsuya character matures and that carries over to the sequel with almost everything improved from the first.

I was getting into gun culture around the same time I first played MGS3 (some time last year). I always wondered during the game if people actually ever handled a handgun in conjunction with a survival knife. Like firing a handgun singlehandedly I heard wasn't really...well practical as I undertand that it messes up your shots due to recoil (correct me if I'm wrong), and the only time I've seen people do this is law enforcement with handling a handgun and a flashlight. I also thought having your knife at the ready felt kind of silly since I figured Snake could still well, fire a handgun if a guy came up to him from a corner.

Probably finish moving into your apartment before making videos about what a ninja you are...

The knife kills in this game are amazing, I wish more video games would do more knife animations like this game did.

I know this video is old as hell, but the Snakes all have some ridiculously superhuman feats. Solid Snake's travel feats such as outrunning the Outer Heaven explosion and swimming fast enough to catch onto RAY and make it to shore by sunrise, Big Boss catching and pushing ZEKE's foot, bullet dodging from every protagonist, Old Snake crawling through a microwave for three minutes, Venom Snake's unlimited stamina, Venom reacting to gunfire from a sniper who can use both eyes as master eyes and sees slow enough to shoot between the moving blades on a helicopter rotor, Ocelot denting Outer Haven with a punch and Snake eating punches from that same fist. The guys are all superhuman.
