I feel like we don't fully touch on how fucked up Lysandre's plan really is. See, he doesn't just want to kill humanity for a "more beautiful world." He wan't to whie out *almost* all of humanity. See, he's that kind of fucked up guy who believes that those who are among the elite of the world are objectively better than everyone else. More virtous, more attractive, wiser, smarter, better genes, etc. Beautiful people, highly intelligent people, rich people, famous people, these are the only people he believes are worthy of living in this world as they will make the world more beautiful. And he is counted among them, of course. But of course, to be part of that new world you have to prove that you believe in their cause and are dedicated to it... by either be invited and vouched for by a member of his team, or by paying a fee to become a member, a fee that obviously is so high only the rich and famous could afford it. Then he wants to take a Pokémon that either embodies life or death depending on your version. Yveltal or Xerneas will whipe out literally all intelligent life, both human and Pokémon, outside of their bunker/lab, just through different means, and then Lysandre's elite shall emerge like the new Adam and Eve to buid their new utopia. Yeah, Lysandre don't even care about most Pokémon when it comes to his plans, as his belief extends to them as well, that only certain Pokémon that prove themselves or are loyal to the team's members are worty of living in their new paradise. Lysandre might come off as cartoony and over the top in the games but that's because the dude is literally an unhinged psychopath with a messiah complex who is just rich enough for people to just assume he is eccentric. He is genuinly one of the most evil bastards in all of the mainline Pokémon games, imo. And the worst part, considering some of the fucked up things we've heard some of the ultra rich say or believe, he's not all that unrealistic, he just have the actual means to try and pull it off.

The only thing I WONT accept is it being "too difficult"...I just refuse to believe that was the real reason lmao
Mega Alakazam is better than normal by a stupid amount. Mega Zam would still be banned in Gen 9, normal Zam isn’t close. That massive speed increase cannot be ignored. At least assuming it keeps Nasty Plot, and there’s no reason it wouldn’t since it got it in Gen 8.
Giratina being antimatter is such a miss in Pokemon lore. I whoever wrote the dex lore fixated too much on the evil opposition theme, because the distortion of spacetime is called gravity and unseen distortions are attributed to dark matter.
The first time I found a feebas, I didin't think it was a rare pokemon and killed it until my brother mentioned that it was rare and he only found 1 in his whole life. I told him about the feebas i accidentally killed and showed him my pokedex for proof and he literally kept chanting "skill issue" at me
Now that I finally caught a Feebas infront of him during dinner time while complaining aboht not finding one, i finally got my revenge and now the problem is trying to max out it's beauty :(,
Fun fact: I actually determine different Pokémon's relationships with each other based on the exact combination of egg groups they have; applying evolutions, baby Pokémon, legendaries, mythicals, and paradox Pokémon when applicable. I've determined, for example, that Pikachu is more closely related to Mawile, Granbull, and Delcatty than it is to Marill, Pawmi, or Emolga
