This was quite a good sunset view of Heathrow, so I thought I should share it. And the departure from runway 09R was nice, first time I've used a 09-runway at Heathrow.

Join me on this trip from Stockholm Arlanda to Malmö an early morning in an A320neo, travelling in SAS plus. Plus is SAS premium economy brand available on all flights. On domestic flights it includes lounge access and breakfast in the morning.

A train trip report, from Stockholm to Hässleholm in southern Sweden in first class on the X2000. Sweden's first train capable of 200 km/h and still the only tilting train in Sweden. The trip report includes a short view of the SJ lounge in Stockholm and the train bistro. There are some parts that are muted due to conversation.

British Airways Club Europe, London-Stockholm in a 767

Follow me on this flight from London Heathrow to Stockholm Arlanda in Club Europe (Business Class) on a British Airways 767. Most of British Airways flights withing Europe are operated by A320-series aircraft, but there are still a handful of 767s flying European routes, and I'm glad I managed to book a flight on BA780, on of the flights still operated by a 767.

One flying slowly at around 180-200 km/h (100 or so knots), while the other one flies past at Mach 0.9, around 1000 km/h faster, overtaking the first in front of the spectators. A trip report from Malmö to Stockholm with Norwegian Air Shuttle, usually known as just Norwegian. Norwegian is in my opinion probably the best low cost carrier i Europe. Not a great airline, but gets you from A to B without too much trouble and not too many hidden fees.

The small Swedish airline Nextjet has declared bankruptcy. I've never had a chance to fly with them but their Saab 340s and BAe ATPs have been a nice addition to Arlanda. To make sure they are not forgotten I have made a small memorial video.

Some old footage from Arlanda. Filmed a very cold and windy (but unfortunately snow free) day in january. The crosswind made for some interesting landings, but also a lot of wind noise. Just a DSLR (EOS 70D) and a 18-135 mm zoom lens.

I have family living in Gothenburg. Beautiful city with clean air. Visit frequently. Well familiar with Swedish trains which are generally very punctual. Frequent train services in and around the city. Well worth a visit.
I flew to my native Sweden on SAS from the US last year and I loved that I was able to check in on my iPhone! Really cool!

Ja Uppsala, bra time-lapse. Ett tips flytta inte kamera medans du fotar en sekvens om du vill ha en proffsig om snygg time-lapse. Satsa istället på flera sekvenser från olika vinklar.

The Emirates plane got an so good colour becuase it was coloured withe (No im not racist) and it got like neon colour becuase of the snow

Thank you! They are very charming, fast boarding and usually climb very fast. But they are a bit old and worn. But still, with the rate they are being retired it might have been my last flight on a 736 ever…
@@thetravellingbadger6567 I flew on the 737-600 as well last year in July! I didn't see the tail registration. SAS from Thessaloniki to Stockholm-Arlanda. Fast boarding with front and back door boarding as well as fasting deplaning

I'm actually surprised that despite being in first class for an intercity journey, you have to pay for this meal. I had the impression that it was included in the ticket price. In services such as Thalys, meals are already included.
Breakfast is included if you board the train before 9.00. But after that you have to pay if you want more than coffee or tea. On the other hand, the price of a first class ticket is usually not that high.
What does breakfast look like? Are they hot meals?
No, cold breakfast only (hot breakfast is really not a thing in the Nordics). Some bread, butter, cheese, ham and yoghurt. Served with orange juice and tea or coffee.

Meanwhile inside the A320neo's cockpit the GPWS screamed: "LONG LANDING! **woop woop** LONG LANDING!" I was joking, obviously, they had a lot of runway :)
