1 anasthesiya के साथ First sitting me एक कैनाल मे एक पॉइंट मे बहुत दर्द था जिसे जिसे रोटरी मशीन एंड मैन्युअल भी साफ किया बाकि 2 कैनाल मे दर्द नहीं था 10 day mujhe koi दर्द नहीं था फिर दर्द हुआ पानी पिने से भी होता था 2 बिना अनस्तेसिया के second sitting मे रोताटी machine se saf किये गए phle कैनाल मे कोइ भी प्रोसेस मे मुझे कोइ दर्द नहीं था 2nd कैनाल मे भी दर्द नहीं था लेकिन 3rd canal मे रोटरी मशीन एंड मैन्युअल साफ करते समय एक पॉइंट मे बहुत दर्द हुआ लेकिन डेंटिस्ट ने उसे साफ नहीं किया बल्कि कागज gtta डाल कर xray किया जिसमे से 3rd canal मे gtta डाली तो दर्द हुआ, मैंने बताया पर डॉक्टर कुछ नई बोली, xray देखने के बाद बोलती है सब सही है करके, मुझे कुछ चबाने मे अभी भी दरद है, उनका कहने अनुसार मुझे लगता है सीधे permannet फिलिंग करेगी, 3rd canal को साफ नहीं करेगी तो क्या बाद मे दर्द होगा.
Root canal treatment me sab se important cleaning hi hoti hai. Agar cleaning proper nhi hogi to baad me pain hoga.

Here we prep tooth 1-2 mm subgingival using TR11 bur or safe end bur and then give immediate temporary crown with subgingival margins which are converging towards tooth. After 2 weeks healthy gingival sulcus is formed. A new impression is then made and sent to lab. Lab has to told that they have to make knife edge margins. However there is technique where we can make direct impression after prep, but we need high quality PVS materials like Hydrorise, Aquasil, Honigum. And lab should be good.
