U-Man is a channel dedicated to experiments. I tend to use short clips such as logos or vanity plates (according to TV Tropes) to show off what is possible in the huge universe of video or audio editing. Sometimes I do build basic CGI, make music, or just upload YTPs or memes. Just be aware there might be some flashing color/white lights or loud noises in certain videos... I'll let you know if a video has one of these. Other than that, make yourself at home. This is a safe space for everyone, no matter what.

How did you get the scrolling pixels working? For me, whenever I apply "Scroll" the video just files all over the place.
Don't worry, it used to me too. Here's what I did: Do the same as Kyoobur explains on his video, apply on the second track (Scroll, Pixelize, Scroll). In the first scroll, I've set horizontal and vertical scrolling speed to 0.001. Do not change anything else but that. Apply your pixelize effect as usual. On the second scroll, set the horizontal and vertical scrolling speed to -0.001. Same as the first one - do not change anything else. Test your work. If you see the video has moved a little bit to your upper-left screen, which I'm pretty sure you will, apply Transform. It should fix it immediately. Test your work, and then you should be fine to continue!
