The music in Flamechurch in Octopath 2 is based off of this, it uses the same melody. Its especially noticeable during the music that plays at night. A bit weird to think that the original Octopath is almost 6 years old. The world needs to slow down 😅.

나는 나이가 많은 게이머입니다. 최근에 이 게임을 플레이하며 깊은 감명을 받았어요. 접점이 없는 스토리 라인은 좀 번거로운 부분이 컸어요. 하지만 접점이 없는 8명의 캐릭터들은 나에게 꾸밈없는 자신들의 이야기를 들려주었습니다. 진행하는 과정은 약간 지루했지만 그들의 이야기가 완성되었을때 그것은 큰 감동으로 다가왔습니다. 캐릭터 스테이지 bgm도 참 어울린다 생각합니다. 물론 그 중 가장 훌륭하다고 느낀건 플레임 그레이스죠. 그런 이유로 이런 긴 댓글을 남기고 있는겁니다.

My favorite video game melody of all time. I played OT when I was in a really dark place. RPGs were my way of escaping reality in those moments when stuff got... too much. I picked Ophelia as my starter and eventually flamesgrace became my little "place of rest". I would always travel back there, just to stay for a little while, quietly listening to this song and watching the pixel snow fall, distracting me from my real life problems, even if just for a bit. Thank you for putting this on youtube.

@@VinnyAdventures hello friend, your comment warmed my heart :-) i've been better although life's always a bumpy road. i'm glad the comment i wrote during one of the arguably worst times of my life could resonate with someone else. goes to show that we're never as alone as we think we are. i still listen to this song when i'm in need of comfort and i don't think that'll ever change but lately i've needed it much more rarely. still, forever my number one.
@@neveerland That's awesome to hear. The ups and downs of life are honestly exhausting sometimes. I've learned that depression and anxiety are just something we all will basically have to deal with from time to time for as long as we exist, but things like great music in games is one way I remind myself to climb out of it. <3
