If you have to stop taking Zepbound, is there any way to NOT GAIN THE WAY BACK?

🟢💚🟢 I have been pre-diabetic for years, always inching to that dreaded diabetes diagnosis. But after being on ozempic, now on zepbound, just got my latest tests and no longer in "pre" state!! Truly remarkable! Let's hope there's some hope for Medicare which I have to go to next year! I need this for maintenance for the rest of my life. I tried without it for years and couldn't move the needle. Thanks for all the nerdy info!!

🟢🍀I will get my normal steps and walking on work breaks today. Will probably hit 13,000 steps today. Lift weights upper body 30 minutes when I get home from work. I will have to try the daily gems.

I've been on Mounjaro 2.5 for 4 weeks and.....0 lbs lost. I'm going to titrate up, but I haven't lost anything yet. Sigh.

I know insurance company sometimes get a bad rep. But really it’s also the employers that I negotiating terms with insurance companies insurance companies only cover what your employer has negotiated. Unfortunately…. My previous company had crappy negotiating skills and coverage was terrible compared to my present company that apparently has really good negotiating skills and coverage for a lot of my medications has dramatically improved. Same insurance company just different employers.

This is amazing. I am prediabetic and trying to get Zepbound covered by insurance to start it. Mainly for weight loss as my BMI is 46.3 but it would be incredible to also prevent T2 diabetes.

🟢🟢🟢🟢 Diabetes is a money making business. They will never provide enough help for everyone to live a healthy life because they will lose money. I remember I went to my doctor trying to get Mounjaro because my insurance would not cover Zepbound but for some reason they would cover Mounjaro without a pre-authorization. My doctor told me Mounjaro was for diabetes patients, which I understood, but then he also let it slip and said diabetes was a money maker for healthcare .😢😢

I have never used a Lilly coupon as I have been on compound from the beginning. My Dr gave me a prescription for the pen in case I run out. Well I have about 3 weeks left of my compound and put my order in to cvs. My coupon doesn’t work because I’m on Medicare. This is age discrimination. I’m ready to start a class action lawsuit regarding Medicare and coverage

Back of my arms seems to be the most effective, but I do rotate left arm, right arm, left stomach, right stomach. For some reason I avoid my thigh. I'm on compound and have no issues giving my shots in my arm on my own. 🙌

Question: I’m lifting mad weights while on this medication. I’m also doing cardio. Working out has never been my issue. It’s been the hunger and eating along with PCOS. I have drastically changed my eating habits. High protein, low fat and counting calories. My weight loss has been so slow the past month. I’m down 30ish pounds. I’m losing inches, but weight loss is upper slow. What are people’s experience with weight loss while lifting heavy weights and working out?
