@@King_Randy Oh yes, that was using the 7x optical zoom, gives it what I believe is called a parallax effect. I may be wrong on the name but it’s called something.
What caused the drone to fly into your face?
I was filming the drone to get the footage at the beginning of the video, so I had a camera in one had and the controller in the other. However I had my hand on the wrong side of the controller. So instead of getting a video of the drone going up really quick, I got a video of the drone going into my face really quick.
@@SamKellyAerial Ok, so pilot error, I was afraid maybe the drone just suddenly had a mind of it's own! Glad you weren't hurt any worse!
@@ChucksMagic Yep you got it, definitely learned something from it. The video of my that’s in the video was right after it happen, by the time I got inside I had blood all over me. Thanks for the comment though!
How much does that drone cost
I won't say the exact price I have into it, but if you look up "price of DJI Mavic 3" and then add around $1000 for accessory your get about what I paid.

I’m at the 1min 14-20mark 😎. Probably don’t have your Part 107. Flew very low that day. Hard to get air space clearance by the Purdue Airport
Oh nice, I’m only 14 so I can’t get my part 107 tell I’m 16 but plan to once I’m that age. It was in the Purdue controlled air space but I had clearance sense it was still a 400 ft limit, or maybe 200 ft I don’t partially remember. Thanks for the comment though.
