Hey man, I haven’t watched your channel in a while, which probably would be like two or three years. I’ve noticed a lot of your videos have disappeared, not sure if this was of your own choice or if CZcams has done its worst on your channel, I often found myself watching your videos during school, you always made videos on disturbing cases or tragedies, the reason I watched them is you always approached it in a respectful way while still keeping the story interesting going into detail on the subject of the video. I hope you’re doing good man, and I hope life treats you well for the future as well. 🫂

what's hilarious to me about this case coming back years later, is not only did the woman he was with comment on this video, but it was when it had only a few thousand views! Streisand effect came back in full swing for her trying to clear her name off the internet from this!

How the Lawyer escaped blame is mind blowing to me. At the very beginning the lawyer looks at the woman as if to say hurry up based on how quickly he kept walking. She was running to keep with the lawyer, which included her looking down at the first set of tracks to not trip, whereas the lawyer just loped over the tracks because his stride was so much longer. From her vantage point, she could not see a train on her left because he was so much taller than her.

I agree and their what ifs why would this even be allowed but I would say that as horrifying as it was for him it was just as much for those trying to save him. Because I believe he thought all along he had that human part of him that allowed him to believe he was going to be saved. And by the time it was too late I think he was hallucinating enough which is a good defense mechanism by the body . Maybe they should have just snapped his legs back and broke them and pulled him out but I guess they couldn't even do that or they would have. Personally I would have asked for a gun to be handed down to me although even in that horrific situation as grim as it was the human desire to live is in our DNA so much that we would probably not kill ourselves because of that outside hope of rescue
