In Portugal you can find also a lot of things but in the big cities and not in small villages.... Also, normally when someone wants get rid of big furniture, exists the municipal council collection center, where we can call to them to they collect it. You can check where is the center and go there to take for free. Also, because came a lot of immigrants this lasts years, mainly from Brasil, Portuguese African countries and many other places, they collect a lot of things... Also, exists groups in the facebook where people offer a lot of things, furniture too. But has there many people trying get everything... Especially Brazilians!

it would be interesting if you could do video,s on places we (tourist) could rent. And how far from international airport etc.

But one of the things I’ve always dreamed about was going to Portugal and visiting all the people. It’s kind of sad when you live in the states and you know you have family there, but you have never met them. I am outdoorsman and this is a great video. Hey guys :) Beautiful video. 💚 Some recommendations of spots where I've camped in the Estrela: -Covão d'Ametade (gorgeous forested valley under huge rock cliffs, not too far from Torre) -Covão da Ponte Vale do Rossim/Penhas Douradas - Big forest area. Beautiful views over Manteigas and the Zêzere Glacial Valley from Fragão do Corvo. Vale do Rossim has a nice camping park with bungalows and yurts, though it has been closed for some time but might hopefully reopen. Also many beautiful spots to wild camp on the shores of the lake. In the first two spots, one night of wild camping is usually allowed by the Manteigas tourist office, though I like to call them and check first just in case, or otherwise just be discreet. For hiking I also recommend the Rota das Faias (Route of the Beeches) 💙💙

Hello there friends. I noticed one thing on your talk.... If you need a lift from a car/driver... You stick your arm out and put your thumb like this -> 👍 Put it out ASAP so the driver has time to assess the situation. Stick it out good okay?! Move your arm up and down if needed. I'm sure you've seen that move somewhere... That's the unspoken rule of hitchhiking here 😅 Otherwise people will just assume that you don't need anything. And yeah, drive by and wave at you. Also... We are somewhat suspicious of people soooooo, you may or may not get a lift.... Depends on the confidence of the driver. But since you're foreigners... You're pretty much on the green side of things. Hitchhiking here is almost like a bussiness... A "trust bussiness"! You have to look trustworthy and innocent... Giving a lift is a VERY vunerable and intimate thing for us. And it works BOTH ways... If the driver doesn't inspire you much confidence... DON'T take the lift. Hope one day to have the pleasure to meet you dudes 😆 Hope you enjoy Portugal. Hugs

Having a good time and yes it those snow in Portugal mostly up north sometimes down south it also snows in the Pico mountain in the Azores and the mountain in Madeira and yup I also definitely had a pulled muscle on my neck these two day's from twisting the body while on the tractor when I was planting avocado's on Saturday
