Raptor Academy - Raptor Anatomy and Physiology Part II online self-study course
Under the integument of raptors lays an intricate array of uniquely designed body systems. In this course, you’ll look at the digestive, respiratory, urogenital, and nervous systems of raptors. Often one or more of these systems is not functioning properly in a sick or injured raptor presented to a rehabilitator. Malfunctions in these systems can also occur during the rehabilitation process. Understanding what is normal and what is abnormal is critical for rehabilitation to be complete and successful.
