I got a Isuzu npr there junk when u pay for parts you pay through your nose.they break down all the time .eveyrtime I need a part on average there 800 to1000 dollars on up just for the parts .my buddy Joe owns Mack trucks.he told me buy AMERICAN .I learned my lesson the hard way

I live in Newburgh, NY and was looking for a truck repair place for my Volvo truck near my house. The first one that kept popping up after googling was “Rush Truck Center, serving the Newburgh area”. Further investigation showed me that there isn’t a Rush Center within 300 miles of Newburgh. So, I conclude that Rush (or the entity charged with Rush’s advertising) is like many other big outfits: duplicitous. It’s no big deal because I found a repair shop but I take exception to getting my time wasted by a firm that evidently thinks nothing of sending me on a wild goose chase. I know for a fact that it requires only a small effort for them to attach a notice to their ads stating that there are no Rush Centers in NY. Rush may do quality repairs on big rigs, I really don’t know, but if their mendacity is any indication of their craftsmanship I will certainly be wary when engaging their services.
