I think this type of offense is why defence is getting overlooked. The increasing accessibility of scouting and just general data is making offence more and more complex, and in a way, easier to teach and learn. (Via all the different media, drills, tech, etc.) Defending so many actions, with no real plan is already tough, and the fouls being called on almost anything is killing a lot of already diminishing defensive incentive.
