Sorry for the late reply, but this was filmed in 2017 or 2018. I believe If it was a bin bag it would have not maintained a course, we've all seen bags in the wind and this is not how they "float", it would have taken a good few sharp turns at least, especially that high up. I am by no means shouting "aliens aliens", I'm just extremely curious as to what it was. If you notice near the end it actually dissappears and reappears, twice I belive before finally disappearing. Also at one point it kind of "tilts" and you can see through the middle which makes it looked doughnut shaped. The part that gets me the most is that it maintained a course, it didn't flutter in the wind and suddenly change direction, finally, the dissappearing then reappearing twice has me lost too, although I think I believe I solved that part, I think whatever it was simply went behind a cloud few times, as by that point the quality was bad as I was using digital zoom. I'm open to discussion but I respectfully disagree that it was a bin bag sir.
To me it looks like a birthday balloon ya know the zero balloon if yiz let one go it'll go high and drift like that love seen it with my own eyes get one let it go and you will see what l mean
My initial thought was balloon. But the thing moved in the one direction, at the same altitude which threw me off a balloon as at that height the wind would make it manouver erratically if you know what I mean.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around this, years later lol. It was filmed in 2017 or 18 I believe, I'll check the original video.

yeah plus itwas far away, shot on a p20 pro with digital zoom. If you have any experience feel free to "enhance" it.
