BumWithaWrench is a channel that follows my day to day job working on vehicles. Automotive restorations and customization will be the main focus. Can you move the jeep so I can see that beautiful Camero ❤
Me. The next guy who owns that car is me.
Hahaha i have put allot of time and care in this one for sure. Not sure this one will ever be sold but I could always build you another one. Really want to do a hard top next.
if you try the Royal Purple fluid change for the transmission that should help smoother shifts and no grinds I think it’s 2 quarts you need
I will definitely try that. Thank you for the suggestion. Now i just need time to work on that car haha
Why would you go through a car wash.......
Normally the cars are all cleaned by a mobile detailer, but all the cars in the shop right now have overspray on them. I just need to knock the dust off. The car will be polished soon so any small scratches that the car might have picked up would be polished out anyway. Thats not normal procedure for cleaning them but needed them clean for the holidays.
15:35 Forget the millenial/zoomer bullshit of drones and POV cameras and crap like that. Watch Curious Cars and Cereal Marshmellows (starting from March 28 of 2010) for a lesson in just holding the camera with one hand and filming that dashboard while you drive (yes, even with a manual transmission) and give the viewers that feeling that they are actually IN the car and seeing the dashboard. Edit your videos down to remove the small talk and waiting for cement trucks, and grow your channel brother. Love your natural style just too much superflous bumbling with words. The fact that you started with a Fiat Spider shows you're on the right track. I love these cars, had 5 of them from the 80s and it was great when Fiat brought them back. Keep on rocking brother. Forget drones and zoomer generation BS!
Thank you for some really great suggestions on how to grow my channel. It has really been hard to find the right filming style. When i watch them even i feel a bit bored but its my hope that ill find the right balance of this to film and ways to film them to make the show better. Thank you for your support.
@@BumWithaWrench You rock brother! Fascinating cars and keep it up it's getting better every episode :)
Nice videos on the full size Fords. Im working on a 67 XL Convert.
Is great episode
Nice!
I can’t believe they sold parts off a 7L convertible,,,lmao ….
I’m on my second Galaxie 500.
If I found a 7L convertible that’s junk and I could still buy it ,,I would because your not getting a chance to get another one
I found a Galaxie 500 in ok shape. Runs and drives plus’s looks fine with 352 engine.. convertible… 1966. I’m getting it tomorrow. I can’t get the 7L because of the price even for the scrap ones. The 7L’s are the coolest ones. Oh mine is an automatic. Mine is mostly original I’m going to put front disk breaks maybe all four wheels disk. Other than that and maybe a sparkler box for an electronic ignition or a new tank and gas plunger . I’m not going to do nothing.
Please make updates on this AC rebuild. I have a 66 Country Sedan that I have been building on my other channel, Cherry Picking, and I am going to hopefully be tackling the AC sometime soon as the car gets closer to being finished. Its one of the last major projects I have to do and its a ultra complicated one since Ford in all their wisdom decided to use vacuum for everything. Also, if you come across another one of those Passenger side dummy mirrors for a 66, I would love to get one for my wagon, even if it isn't nice!
unless you have solid motor mounts hose is to short to allow engine movement.
Definitely a no brainer. battery in the front
Love you bro
WHAT A SLEEPY TIME TO BORING BORING
"PromoSM" 🤷
Terrific video!!! I just finished up a nice pretty clean 68 Camaro for a customer at the shop. I spent a month on it because it was partially finished then sat for a few years It had a bunch of nice new part that had been opened a few years ago with no paper work but it was fun to put together and drive Anyway thank you!!!
Send me the third member for the Ranchero !
The Ranchero has a good gear in it.
Watta beauty
Thank you for your support :)
Cost to repair trans?
The Trans was a bit on the expensive side. It ran 2,650. I am happy with the outcome tho
@@BumWithaWrench not too bad. 👍👍
I'm so excited for this build.
Thank you for all your support :)
Looks great !! It will be a great car
I really love this car. Thank you for the support .

Glad to see that you are willing to take on the restoration
Beautiful 1965 Galaxie!!!!!! Power Tour was a fund weekend!
Where you at? You need someone an experienced mechanic turning wrenches shouldn't be a matter of luck. Not unless you have no budget and endless time? Try perhaps hiring someone. This type of work starts when you're a teen and skills are developed with experience. Good luck..
SCORE🎉
Smooth move with the hood removal. Looked effortless.
You should get the Camaro running and come with me on the east coast power tour this year. Bring the Fam Bam and have a great time. I am taking the 68 Camaro and the 64 El Camino.
@@BumWithaWrench Unfortunately the camaro got sold this last past summer. Trust me there's a hole inside me now.
Keep up the good work, please.
I've been dreading swapping out a Fender on my Denali For years now. thank you, After seeing what you did i'm gonna tackle that job I have.
Awsome im excited to see the progress on this adventure of a restoration..
Let the Journey begin.
Thumbs-up brother
Thumbs up
One of two years when the Fairlane was smaller and sexy looking. Before, and after the model was bigger and nothing special IMO. Only thing that would make it sweeter would be a third pedal and a 4 or 5 speed stick.
It’s also not a pickup
I don't care what you say that's not a beautiful color, a beautiful car like that and you put a color like that on there ? Thats to bad.
Beautiful car...only 7,ooo miles...? WOW what a find !!
Brother, thank you for making these videos. I've watched every episode so far. I feel like we're hanging out in the garage. I look forward to every new show.
That is so awesome. I am glad you are enjoying the show. I am working on my skills with the editing. Thank you for your support :)
I’m not sure you can setup the drum drum setup as 50/50. Even though they are both drums, you still need some more bias towards the front I think. But certainly not using a proportioning valve that delays rear engagement like a disc/drum setup. That will not be good.
I do agree but at this stage in the build I just need to get the car moving so that I can free up more space in the shop. Moving the car with the E brake is not fun around so many nice cars.
Loren?
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the German Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing petrol stations to only one state operated central gas station per city. From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any more....
I am loving this channel. No need to be so hard on yourself! You are doing great!
Thank you so much!
The 1662 on the inner fender is cool. Not sure if that is the serial number of the build. But I think it might be.
I thought that was a cool touch to leave that on the car. If we get confirmation on what that is I will be sure to let everyone know.
