    To me , the reasoning behind finding the best spring 77 show is simple, find the best Big River and you found the best show and this is it . This is so groovy it makes any shakedown street seem like industrial music . Perfect playing and perfect sound . Thanks so much

    I love the warmer sound the band had in the early days especially the guitar tones and i love that keith is much higher in the mix on the 71 tapes . Love Bob on his Gibson 335s and his 345 and love Jerry's sound during his Gibson SG and various les pauls in these ealry years

      Really bro . Saw em 83 Portland. Went back the next day. 84 4 New England shows. Graduated high school in Maine and hitchhike to Red rocks when I was 18. But I was always scared of music because it was so outlaw and I was traditionally brought up fought it but couldn't win the fight music took over.
