the home itself looks really nice & expensively decorated, but it's on a tiny lot, really dated and a bit cluttered, like the homeowners couldn't stop buying stuff. Living on a golf course looks nice on camera, but it's not that great because of the lack of privacy. I'm sure this home will sell, but I'm clearly not the target buyer - which is fine. It only takes 1 buyer to close a sale.

Worry when they dont give you the HOA fee upfront. Also read all the restrictions on your HOA. Sometimes the 55 plus community can become Karen havens

Huh, I just watched the Desert Cities Home of this place taken three years ago lol. How much is it now? Really nice place ; ) Anything built in the vacant lots behind?

Just noticed it is a 55 and over community. You know some of us are on a fixed income. Is there a club house and a golf course. I had an uncle who just passed and had bought a house 20 years ago in a 55 and over community with Club House and golf course in the city of Beaumont. His family just sold the house for over $300,000 for a 2-level home.

Taxes,HOA fee???Utilities???? $200k under asking????Didn't think it would even go for $200k.

I would buy this house and only make a couple of small cosmetic changes----Love the situation and location

I love this house, The Doors at the entrance are Beautiful. Now this is a nice vacation house. I like the Bermuda Dunes area, you get more bang for your buck. I went last year looking at homes in Palm Springs, Cathedral City, and Palm Desert. This house was the best one I have seen yet. I am retired from Auto and Home Insurance Co. that I have worked at for 22 years. It is in Orange County. I am looking everywhere, Las Vegas, Nv., Las Cruces New Mexico. and the Coachella Valley. I have a friend who bought one in Guadalajara, Mexico and that area is nice with Beautiful Homes and with very nice pools. The designers there are exceptional with their pool designs.

The outside is beautiful and very spanish, the inside looks more california coastal

How do you mitigate golf ball risk? Beautiful home but it's so open to the course in the back. No privacy. Is there an HOA and is it possible to close off the back yard pool area for privacy and safety issues?

I loved Palm Desert Sun City. I would visit my mother there and it was so relaxing. I loved the community pools where everybody would stand there with their hats on and talk about which casinos had the best buffets. It was like time stood still. I might even live there sometime.

Love the shots with the floor polisher or the vacuum cleaner in them. What were they thinking? At 1.65 mill, I expect no floor polishers or vacuum cleaners in the ad !!

No palm trees, no Santa Rosa mountains, no golf courses…what makes this community special?
