Unfortunately, I only had enough peppers to make a few bottles. Those bottles have been given to some family & friends to be my taste testers. If the recipe turns out good, I plan on growing many more plants next season to make several bottles. We don't sell any, we just share what we have. Yes, we'll be planting some okra in the coming weeks. Okra is a great hot weather veggie, very heat tolerate. As far as beans, we do plan on some type of beans that can double as a cover crop after our corn is harvested. Corn should be ready around the end of May. Thank you for watching Carol!

The double wheel hoe is from Hoss Tools, it's a great tool for the small backyard gardener. Our bucket varieties are Yukon Gold and Red Norland. Our in ground plot has one row of Yukon Gold (which we love), the other row is half Kennebec, and Russet. This is our first growing "taters" in ground. So far they're coming along well.

@@paulandbarbie1969 I planted some in Canada (we are snowbirds) harvested, sorted the smaller ones, now here in Arizona they are close to hilling. They were my Mom's go to for early planting, some would be planted Jan 1ish if there was no snow, she would mulch with heavy layer of straw, by spring break we had golf ball size, what a spring treat they were. Seeds are not easy to find, but well worth the online ordering.

My wife and I like the smaller ones, always tasty...The bucket potatoes usually are smaller, we just enjoy gardening and different growing techniques. Thank you for the comments and watching our channel@@johac7637

I always plant with the eyes up, but regardless they will find the sunlight. Harvesting is tricky, I planted three different varieties and all have different maturity dates, but a good average is 90 days. There’s no single answer for watering, depends on your soil, rainfall, region, etc. Let the plants talk to you, if they look healthy probably getting enough water, wilting then increase. On average about an inch a week

Our raised bed soil is a mixture of peat moss, potting soil, and Black Kow compost. Approximately equal parts of each. I fertilize with fish emulsion about every 3 to 4 weeks. We too use pelleted seeds.

When germinating your carrot seeds, just keep the soil moist, not saturated, and don't let them dry out during this period. Once they get established after a few weeks they're pretty easy to take care of. Good luck with your garden!@@user-me2gt5dm4o

Used just the bone meal. As far watering there’s no simple answer. After the vegetation emerges and if no rain, usually about an inch a week. If the plants wilt I increase
