So can you quote please the statistics of the people who have them, have a surgery in the UK, and then walk away from them with their IQs and speaking capacities intact? And then can you tell us all the statistics of all the people who have two of them again in two years, who walk away with their IQs and speaking capacities intact? No seriously, what's that number Emilia? If you want to tell a real story, tell us all how HBO literally saved your life. Because it certainly wasn't the NHS. You know, that thing the rest of us rely on. But by all means, don't say a word about that, a poem will do.

I lost my brother in law to glioblastoma in November 2023 after a too short battle with the cancer. We’d known each other since high school in the early 1970s as we dated sisters. His death was crushing to us all - he was the guy that could and would do anything for anyone. I know it is not the same malady Emilia suffered from but I felt a need to post. Prayers to all who know someone dealing with brain aneurysms or other health issues…

Also a anyerusm survivor.. Subchranoid hemorage 2023.. I too have a, 2nd anyerusm under watch.. So blessed everyday that i came out of it untouched as so many do not...emilia i thank you for making people aware of our stories..

She is without a doubt a miracle for both her talent of expression and as an aneurism survivor. We fear things that we don’t understand. We make up stories, often horror stories that express our fears. Humans have always been expert at that. Sea monsters being a very classic example. Instead of naturally, or forcibly fearing that which we don’t understand, we should be curious enough to cautiously explore the unknown until it is better understood. Who, what, where and when is but a challenge to everyone to seek to know and understand all that we don’t know. Don’t just assume the worst.

Do not smoke, and if you do you should be carefull with the pills you take (woman), yes the 2 together can give you alot of deadly conditions AND if you mix alcohol with that it's even deadlier.
