As much as anything these poor animals need water which must be hard for them to find since water is what every human and plant is yearning for in such heat!
That is one very smart kitten!
Its nice you help as you can. Can't there be more help for these cats and dogs. They need neutered and to have homes or a sanctuary. This is so painful to watch. Slow action to give water and food and taking the chain off. Sad. A suggestion is Baby Kittens need their mother, not people holding and petting them. Its best to not hold them up in the air on their backs so you can look at them. That’s not comfortable or normal for them. Scarey and makes them feel vulnerable. Other than that you are gentle, you care and are helping. Are they spayed and nuetered? Bless you.
