Mushroom Noodles - Cheap & Easy

⚡Mushroom noodles - Cheap and easy.
Many of us is having a hard time, it’s so much happening in our world right now.
On some days you may need to eat cheaper in order to treat yourself to something extra on another day.
Just because its cheap doesn’t mean its tasteless, boring or less good.
Try this noodle soup, it will fill you up for a small sum.
⚡Ingredients:
4 mushrooms
A package of noodles with broth
2 dl frozen wok vegetables
⚡Do like this:
Cut of the stem and slice the mushrooms into smaller pieces.
Put your noodles in boiling water, add the broth.
(Cook them according to the instructions on the package)
Put the mushrooms in a hot pan and fry them on high heat.
When the mushrooms start to get color, you turn down the heat to medium.
Fry them until they feel dry, then add the frozen vegetables.
Stir until the vegetables feels warm and got some color, if its to dry in the pan you can add some rapeseed oil.
Now you can put it on a plate.
Enjoy.
