This guy would have dropped dead if he did this for one more day…
Does somebody know where one can watch the 50.50.50 documentary? 🙏
Neuvěřitelný borec
I can't believe the heart this man has and the kind of shape you have to be in to accomplish this. I am SEVERELY IMPRESSED . As someone who has done roadwork and calistenics for ring training I understand how much you need to have in your heart when you start to hurt but simply continue to keep on, and keep on, and keep on. RESPECT to the man with the gigantic heart...
Absolutely amazing the iron cowboy rocks
What a beautiful man omg
You are truly amazing and inspiring. Maybe one day there will be an iron cowgirl :)
Wonder why they didn’t show his wife helping him with Daytons buggy on the back of the bike. In the book it’s how he was able to finish with the bike ride!!!!
You are a living legend man!
Gratitude is a hell of a drug. Might get banned it's so performance enhancing. Us endurance folks, we choose to do this. We get to do this. I try to be grateful every day, even through injuries or tough tough runs.
This guy needs to be on joe Rogan get him out there he deserves it I’d like see more content on him. Going on joe Rogan would help that
please come back
Just finished your book. I’m so fascinated by your life.
please come back
An awesome human being. Thanks for the inspiration.
Everyone is saying how amazing and strong he is but he would not have been able to do it without the support of his team
I putpocketed a bunch of one ounce copper commemorative coins in Key West during Fantasy Fest a few years ago. I intended to openly give them to people but that was too involved with explanations. So I started slipping them into people’s pockets and purses and OMG. It was the funnest thing EVER! The risk! The reward! I still think about that night.
Heartwarming and powerful. Thank you for being an amazing person!
On June 8th 2021, he will finish his 100th FDT in a row... Amazing to watch this knowing what he will accomplish next. What a man.
My pocket is open baby
my desire is to become an iron cowboy
God Bless You
FYI - In my opinion, which is based on facts. - James Lawrence's brother almost hit me today with his car while I was out riding my bicycle. He definitely has a hatred towards cyclists. First, he nearly rear-ended me as he was speeding through a construction zone. He then tried to run me off the road. I was forced onto the sidewalk where he then got out of his vehicle and attempted to come after me. The whole thing was very weird. The police were called and they spoke with this angry man for quite some time. I believe a sobriety test was performed. I am an experienced cyclist who rides about 7K miles per year. I obey all traffic laws. James Lawrence's brother has a lot of anger. He is the type of angry motorist that you come across about once a year. He clearly does not believe that cyclists belong on the road. If any of you viewers or subscribers ride on Wasatch blvd in Sandy, Utah please be careful and keep an eye out for this angry man. He was driving an old, beat up forest green Subaru with numerous dents. The UT license plate tag is 92BT1. Can't imagine why he would say that he is James Lawrence's brother. They must not like each other.
sensational all around
Incredible
1st what he did was incredible. However, elliptical is not part of the triathlon. Neither are IV’s. His feat of endurance was off the charts.
This is art!!
Thanks for the inspiration.
#INSPIRED! you guys did a fabulous job creating this video! Thank you for that! :)
Thank you for showing everyone what God makes possiable. Just finished my 5k walk, one day I'll be able to run the marathon, because I get to.
Fantastic acting, loved it. The build up and that pay off...great shit. Keep up the good work!
Lance Armstrong poster up. What's that about?
James Lawrence is just as inspirational as Bolt, Phelps, Messi, Jordan etc....what he did is simply INCREDIBLE and it's sad to see how many haters and keyboard warriors attacked a person who was trying to raise money for a good cause. Even if he wasn't doing it for a charity or for a fund raiser the fact he still attempted to do something so dangerous and just plane out IMPOSSIBLE we should be celebrating the man not trying to find any possible way to bash what he did. God Bless You JL!!!
Iron cowboy wears David goggins pj’s
more like david goggins wears iron cowbpys pjs
Netflix brought me here. Going to start training for a 5k! Thank you, James!
Are you still going strong man
Lmao a 5k run thats light work
OVO ZO shut the fuck up eh?
Hi Matt, its been 2 years since you posted this. I've set myself the goal of doing a half iron man as an unfit smoker. Wondering if you did that 5k run. Much love mate.
I know the struggle you went through iron cowboy with haters and I want you to know every run, bike and swim I go on you have inspired me to be a better person, father and to live a better. Thank you for your motivation I watch your videos before every training session.
Nuff respect
The triathlon people will make any other athletes in the world cry like babies still nobody give them credit enough.. thats a real tough sport when you constantly feeling you wanna quit its cause you going through some real shit not like basketball, futbool etc
The guy's reaction at 10:00 was pure shock 😆
Dude you are an absolute beast. Love all the inspiration you provide and everything you give back. Thanks James!
Where can I watch 50.50.50 documentary?
wow my life literally changed by this at @6.35. Goodness and kindness is not dead. This guy isn't doing this for a photo-op. this is so genuine……..wow. absolute game changing video to watch as a habit.
Wonderful Human being....
THANK YOU FOR REIGNITING MY INNER FIRE!!!
Good man. God bless you.
Just... wow! You my sir, are the definition of inspiration.
2:53 dont be foolish, this was all about him.
I cried... because as you say "I CAN" bike and "I CAN" do the Ride to Cure Diabetes ...and because my brother - ironically James Lawrence - passed away attempting his first triathlon at the age of 70 (Crabman Triathlon in Rhode Island - 2013) because "He COULD" train and prepare and attempt a triathlon. THANK YOU for sharing your story. It should inspire many - many who will take up on your "I CAN" attitude.
I want him as my mentor
duude I started in Middle School, I'd get spoons and slip them into pockets, bags, anywhere there's a hole unguarded. To this day I still do it. I've been doin it for 5years, I'm 18 and some of my friends tried it, they got addicted too.
