I currently use actions for obsidian to edit text files, you can edit markdown files on mac, but not on iphone or ipad. You can create a rich text file and convert that into markdown, so theoretically, if you wanted to edit a markdown file, you could copy the entire file, edit it, and re- create that file. I would be terrified of things getting deleted that way though, like if shortcuts freezes halfway through, which happens.
Yeah, for something really big, I’d be scared of that. Honestly, lots of my longer text shortcuts I copy to the clipboard in the middle in case the whole thing crashes

How would this apply to someone who is retired? I’m crippled by my house work it’s all I think about and I don’t get any fun out of life since I retired
I’m so sorry! That’s when you should be having fun!! What are your options for getting help with those house work tasks? Or minimizing them by having fewer things to take care of? They would probably still benefit from actually listing them out individually to give them your attention. Which do you hate more? What can be done to lessen time/challenges with those first?
I’ve search all over CZcams and the net for more information on the P.O.M there are only 2 videos on them, I would love to get much more information on this. I have tried to make one and so far it has helped

ADHD only matters when it disables you from living a functional life. Yes we all have symptoms sometimes but the severity is why some people get diagnosed and others remain as having traits.
There is definitely variation in severity. There are also other factors that go into diagnosis and treatment availability. No one is less than because of one trait or another, for sure.
I dont remember where I heard or read that, but "Everyone needs to pee, but if you peeing over 40 times a day, theres something else going on.", sums it up perfectly i think. Yes, everyone has struggle concentrating sometimes, that doesnt mean its adhd, there is so much more to adhd. I cant concentrate on my favorite video games often, i forget to eat because I'm too focused on something else ... and I am officially diagnosed and on medication.

People just take it out of context. Everyone is likely to show some signs of adhd, but not enough signs to actually have it. It's not a cool thing, it's just a hassle. I feel like adhd is to the 2020's what depression was to the 2000's

Or you can have ADD, which is like ADHD, but not (as) hyperactive. And nobody better yell at me I have ADHD but everyone thought I had ADD for so long so shush
It’s totally okay to use whatever term you like and are comfortable with. But the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders (DSM) have lumped both ADHD and ADD under “ADHD” and moved to the subtypes. So it’s also correct to say one has “inattentive ADHD,” which basically means the old ADD. Mostly I like it because “ADHD” is easier to google for help 😅
I feel that people who say, "everyone's a little ADHD" could have ADHD themselves, but dont realize it yet.

my psychiatrist told me “i don’t think you have autism, it’s adhd. everyone’s a little adhd at times anyways.” yeah him refusing to let me get an autism test affected my learning and got me held back a grade since i didn’t get proper help, but i finally got a new psychiatrist and he actually let me get tested, turns out i actually am autistic and it’s a common thing on my dad’s side of the family

When you link a focus mode to a lock screen you won’t receive any notifications right
If the focus mode is setup to turn off notifications (which most are, but they’re customizable), then that is correct

If that’s what the settings are for the focus mode, then yes. I have another video on setting up the Focus Modes if you want to look at customizing them. The default ones, like Do Not Disturb will keep out messages

Thanks for posting this! I was looking for an easy way to get rid of my memes and pogo photos. I had thousands of images to deal with though, and didn't want to delete them all. I changed your shortcut up a bit to instead of deleting the photos, I put them in an album called "To be deleted" that I could then manage with Photos. Once I had everything in that album, it was very easy to take anything I didn't want to delete out of the album, then just delete everything in the album once I was satisfied. I could even export them first if I really wanted to. Thank you for the helpful video!
