I have a 2000 Sydney Olympics Swatch Chronograph with alarm. I can't seem to figure out how to set the buttons to make the alarm go off. I can set the alarm time (bottom right pin), but I am not sure how to turn the alarm to thev"on" position.

How important is the movement type when choosing an automatic mechanical watch for men?

The setting is very approximate anyway… Swatch, rather than making a micro-click full that barely advance the snoopy, should have done a click-to-click setting = one day.

I have a seiko vintage divers watch, is it ok for me to wind it manually since i think the power reserve is not that great on this particular model

Is it best to set the time of day before winding the watch? Or, should you wind it first and then after you're finished, set the time of day? Also, if you have a date feature at the number 3, should the time of day hands be at a certain position before winding the watch?

the most important thing to do...missing! when replace the new battery, use the first & second position of the Crown to reset the hands on the subdials @ 2 and 10, and maybe also the second hand in the center of the dial!!😖🤷‍♂️
