I will never blame Fiona for breaking down and "relapsing" basically, since the accident first happened she felt immediately distanced from her family especially lip. She's not able to care for them in the way she used to, and taking care of her siblings is basically all she's ever done her whole childhood. This being one of the 2 worst episodes of season 1 tells you how strong season 1 really is. My saying is that there are no bad episodes of Buffy. Just amazing ones, and merely good ones. I also commonly say that the worst Buffy episode is as good, or better than most shows best episode.

"You've seen to many movies." because earlier in the episode, Buffy scolds Giles for not getting cultural references.

IP tracking was possible back then, if you knew what you are doing. It was actually easier to do back then.
