Cats are invasive, cause destruction to wildlife, and usually get brutally m**derd by dogs, cars, other cats, people ect. That's not living, that's surviving. If you're ok with that kinda life for your cat, I don't think you should have one.

My son had a cat that his sister rescued. The cat fell in love with him . She would sit outside the bathroom door and scream until he let her in. One day, I heard him scream, and I went running to the bathroom and yelled, "Are you ok! Him.. yeah, this damn cat jumped in the shower with me . Wasn't the last time she did that. After he got married and moved out . she still did it until she got old, and then She would sit on the side of the tub .
Most breeds hate water. However, our half breed Maine Coone will try to get into the tub with our kid.
