Hmmm, I'm really not sure about someone prattling on about how good their product is when the animation shows the boats going against a rough sea and the narration is talking about deploying it in a following sea... did you guys not notice that, really? So to the point, where's your real world demonstration video shot in the actual conditions where one would want to deploy the drogue? Honestly why would anyone go near a product like this without seeing it in operation? This is marketed as essentially a safety device, you have a responsibility here, and as they say, no photo, didn't happen!
Yup, agreed. Such a shame, it appears that the current owners of this technology, are non sailors and stock pushers, with a limited understanding of their product. I have been trying to speak to someone from their sales email address and Facebook page, without success, regarding the appropriate way to setup this drogue. There is a a large market, and the product itself has a strong history, a little investment in time and knowledge would go a long way to providing a potentially good product.

@@anachronisticon yeah, slightly, but still a decade old "ad". I purchased a Florentino Shark Drogue, and have been much more impressed with their pre-sales service and info. Leading me to a real life successful deployment on a recent 1100nm passage.
