Hello. Welcome to my channel. Here I dabble in a little bit of everything. Especially airguns, photography, hiking, canoeing, and some how to stuff. Even though my channel has been around since 2009. I have only been posting videos heavily for the last year. I am still getting to know what people like to watch. Thanks for watching and please consider subscribing.
Hatsan Blitz 22 cal pellet test and scope shim NV400.
Hey there folks. In this video I am testing the H&N Excite plinking pellets in the Hatsan Blitz 22 cal. Also, I used a scope shim on the rear scope ring of the OneLeaf NV400 in order to move the reticle more in the center of the screen. Thanks for watching.

Hello once again! In this video my daughter and I are having so much fun just plinking. We are shooting at some bottles and cans with the .22 caliber Hatsan Blitz in semi auto. I recorded the whole thing with the OneLeaf NV400 Commander rifle scope that Oneleaf sent me to try out. My favorite reticle is a small red dot. I hope you enjoy it as we surely did. Hey there folks! Jace here again. Here we have a very brief introduction to the NV400 4k night vision digital rifle scope. Oneleaf has very generously sent this out for me to review and boy do I still have much to learn because it has many features. It truly is a step above what I was using before. Not only does it have night vision, it also has a built in level, an optional range finder, and a...

Crosman Mag Fire Mission 40 yard plinking. How will it do?
zhlédnutí 1,3KPřed 4 měsíci
Hello again! Jace here with another Crosman Mag Fire Mission pellet rifle video. This time I am shooting the usual ammo (Crosman 14.3 grain hollow points) from 40 yards to gauge penetration and off hand accuracy. This is not a bench rest video. Maybe eventually I will get serious and actually make one someday. For me, the high point in this video are the two instances where I get scope punched....

Well here it goes. In this video I am testing the Crosman Magfire Mission at 30 yards with Crosman 14.3 grain hollow points. Also, I try to get some scope camera footage with the Megaorei 3 night vision scope. That footage did not turn out so well. As for the audio, yup it sounds like crap again. Sorry about that. I hope you all can get something from this video anyway. Maybe in the next one I ...

Tree trimmer!🤠🇺🇸
Oh yeah! Now I have to figure out how to get it to cycle in full auto so I can be a tree chopper.
@@JaceBell Silicone oil on the magazine and gun grease on the handle. Make sure the bolt is fully seated and then let her rip.🤠🇺🇸
@@johnnybbgunner2136 I may have already mentioned this...I was watching a video by 22plinkster and he was shooting a 22 Ruger that was having cycling issues. He solved it by putting heavy grease on the bolt. I was thinking about making a video about it. Thanks for the advice.
Awesome
Thanks family.
Danned that’s a sexy airgun enjoy .have a great sunday. Those pellets are here very cheap and a good value for the money👍😉
Yes the Crosman 14.3 grainers are very good pellets. Also readily available in most stores. Thanks for watching.
Supercharger is the best
It is a very good pistol.
Hello. I was trying to hunt some rats, but I only saw deer that night. The distance was about twenty yards. The megaorei products are not the best, but they will help you get the job done. Good look and thanks for watching.
My blitz is a twenty two caliber.
Looks like you both had great plinking fun together. Well done on reaching the 500+ Jace.👍👍👍😁
Thanks 👍
Congrats nice 👍😉
Thanks 👍
Twenty yards is my maximum home range distance and the Blitz kills it.🤠
Dude! We had so much fun plinking with the Blitz. The Blitz and the Crosman 14.3s are no joke. It's a smacking combo. Thanks for watching.
Family Fun!🤩
Also, I prefer to plink at 20 yards because at that distance I can still see things go flying!
Congratulations on passing the 500 subscribers mark!🤠☕️
Thank you kind Sir.
Man you've been busting 😮some nuts.
Lol!
Thanks for watching .
Nice video with your girl! I got one in 25cal. I really like the overall feel of the gun but on mine the barrel is completely off center of the threaded shroud. They are not concentric at all. Did you have that problem? I wonder if I got a bad one. Thanks!!
I like the pistol very much for the price. The two problems I have with my pistol is filling it and getting the magazine to cycle properly. I have three Hatsan pellet guns (Blitz, mod 25 Supercharger, and Jet). The only one that does not give me any issues is the Supercharger. I really like Hatsan as far as a feature packed product. But, the more of them I buy, the more I notice little problems. I hope it is just user error on my part. Thanks for watching.
Yep me too i need that one 🤣 but as european we are always f👹ck💩d 🤣🤣 enjoy 😉👍
God bless Les Etate Unis!
Thanks Jace for checking the accuracy of the Laser Rangefinder! It's all too easy to accept what manufacturers tell us about their specifications but you can't beat checking them for yourself. Oneleaf have worked very hard on creating a budget priced day/night scope that's extremely well built for the money. Your second video of the scope is very interesting, seeing the one shot zero working so well and also the night-time footage of when you shot the rats. It won't be long now before you get to 500 subscribers and then to aim for the thousand! 👍👍👍
I think the two yard discrepancy with the scope's range finder has something to do with the settings. I might make another video about that. Thanks for watching.
Johnny needs night vision!🤠🇺🇸
Night vision is cool! I wish I could get my hands on thermal, but infrared is definitely the affordable way to go. Thanks for watching.
Hey Jace good review where is the affiliate link supposed to take me?
To oneleaf's website. Thanks for watching.
I want one
They are great pistols. I really like the side lever action. Thanks for watching and subscribing. Have a good weekend.
Top notch vid
Thanks
I just got mine 2 weeks ago and fill my jet 1 .22 with my compressor with a foster quick connect and never had to switch. Hmmm, maybe they're sending out new guns with new foster fitting. Any chance the bolt wasn't open?
After some more use...the fitting that was provided now fits on the foster male nipple. I guess it needed some wear. Even with the bolt closed, my refurb Jets still tend to leak while degassing the hose. With me it is usually user error. Thanks for the comment and tuning in.
@@JaceBell need the bolt open to charge
The front sight slides left and right for windage. I shoot 3/4" groups off the irons at 15yds with CPHPs with my Jet II. With a red dot mounted I can hold sub 1/2" groups all day. The Jet is a finicky gun but once you learn how it behaves it's an awesome little gun. The barrel is full of protective grease. Need to get that cleaned out well or it will shoot all over the place.
Yes you are correct. I found that out from another viewer recently and made another video. It sure is good to have input because I don't know everything. Thanks for the advice and for watching. Have a good one.
The Crosman 38T sounds good.
It truly is a quality item. Thanks for watching.
You're welcome
I got it and I like it I bought the notos shortly after its better but i got fun with both .,,good vid from the Netherlands.
The more I use the jet the more I like it. I learned from another viewer that the front sight is adjustable. It pays to read the manual. Thanks for the comment and for watching.
@@JaceBell oo great learned something new I didn't know the frond site is adjustable nice to now because I always shoot with the sights that are on my guns I rarely use optics , maybe its stupid but I believe you become a better shooter without all the fancy optics I get it if you shoot a 100 yards but otherwise no optics.
@@CAS.MACKAY I really like the fiber optic sights. Thanks for tuning in.
Forget sharpening clean the underneath side for a better cut lol
I really should.
Thanks for the review Jace. For your information, Oneleaf advise setting the Movie Mode to 30FPS at night, NOT 120FPS as you mentioned in your introduction. You also state that it looked a little washed out at one point in the video but you set the colour saturation to 25, from the default 50, so it's no wonder. However, it's quite a complex scope with an extensive menu which would take a fair bit of knowing. Your own handheld rangefinder ranged the tree at 43.5 yards and the scope's LRF ranged it at 45.5 yards. Another reviewer also had a similar two yard difference reading at a 25 yard target, which the LRF said was 27. Would you be kind enough to measure out via a tape to say, 20 yards or more, so as to check the accuracy (or not) of the LRF? I look forward to seeing more reviews of this scope done by your goodself in the future, but in the meantime I wish you the very best of luck with your channel.👍👍👍
The hand held range finder read about 45.3 yards and I miss spoke about the scope reading, but I corrected myself. The scope reading was about 47.3 yards. That discrepancy struck me as being really odd, but I am glad to hear that other folks are experiencing the same issue. I will double check the recommended video settings. Thank you very much for an awesome analytical comment and for watching. I hope you have a good one! Cheers!
LRF short for long range finder? I am gaining so much knowledge from great viewers like yourself.
I will try making a video with the tape measure as you mentioned. It will be interesting.
@@JaceBell It's actually short for Laser Range Finder but I would have thought the same if I didn't already know.
@@JaceBell I've just found another reviewer that thought his target was 77 yards and the LRF ranged it at 79.4, so it would be very interesting if you checked it to be certain. Thanks Jace.
Price
Sorry that I did not answer this before. The scope by itself is $500 US. If you get the optional range finder the price is $150 to $200 more. Thank you for the inquiry. Cheers!
I did modifications to the donnyfl barrel adapter and modifications on the buck rail supressor. The problem has nothing nothing to do with the spring. My .22 blitz is working flawlessly. Absolutely NO modification to the blitz itself. By the way, it's a heck of a lot quieter now. I also did nothing to the magazines. There was no need.
I was thinking about drilling out one of my Buck Rail suppressors to open it up for proper air flow for the Blitz. I'm glad to hear that your mod worked out. Thanks for the comment and for watching.
😉👍 nice enjoy and have a great weekend
Thanks, you too!

@@robertmirabilio5940 I have only put Crosman 14.3 grainers through mine mostly. Have you tried them?

OH DEAR, there,s nothing wrong with the gun but you obviously need a lot of practice, free hand at 10 yrds all your shots should be within an inch an half from the bull, practice practice, thats all it is.
