Sir Pls clear my doubt, through RTI i sought copy of leased deed submitted by the lessee to obtained GST Registration Certificate, my deceased father is the lessor. GST dept. rejected my application taking exception under Sec 158 of GST Act 2017, is it true that a leased deed copy can't be provided to me ? is document submitted at the time of registeration for GST comes under the cover of Sec 158 of GST Act 2017.
