My impeller has a very jolty erratic movement until it stops altogether (the impeller basically vibrates, trying to rotate but doesn't). Is there a good test to see if this is a motor issue or an impeller issue? I'd hate to buy a new impeller, only to find that the entire unit is broken. There seems to not be much help for magnetic impellers online.
