I am 32 years old and have an certificate as a sculptor and carpenter, now Carving is my hobby.
I work mainly in a sawmill, but I try to make much videos as possible.

I have to be honest - this bowl is BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL. But I'm not crazy about the shiny varnish.
You know, this timelapse actually gives a very interesting overview of HOW ACTUALLY the bowl was carved. It's fast and its FLUID!

Verwendest du Lindenholz
Meistens oder in diesem Fall verwende ich Zirbe. Manchmal verwende ich aber Lindenholz. Ganz besonders bei kleineren Figuren.

I use carvers plastelin. It can not dry and will be reused after. The wire helps to keep it in place
