Correction...The plexi-top boxes were a limited edition Esplendidos humidor. I have 2 of them. (if you would like to see them). Daniel explained most if not all the fancy boxes and limited edition packages are made in China and Cohiba sends the cigars to China for packaging and distribution all over Asia and Europe. Some find their way back to the US. Cuba does not have the ability to make high end boxes, jars, and leather humidors that are sometimes seen on sites for sale.

Never owned a Chanel and keep saving, but now they outpriced themselves so moving on to other brands who are not being greedy. My hard earned money can go somewhere else.

25 years ago Cohiba did make Esplendido's in a box with a plexi-glass top. But not glass, which would break in shipping abroad. My friend Daniel was a roller for Cohiba and H.Upmann for 20 years in Cuba and now owns a cigar store in Oldsmar Florida where you can still watch him roll. FYI. He says the quality control in new Cohiba cigars is horrible. I have Esplendido's with 1994 box date from him. Fancy hologram bands mean nothing and easily faked in Miami. Look for old dated boxes with circle stamped burned in seals and you are safe, also.. that's when fakes were not even necessary to make. Of Course you can always buy abroad and watch US Customs break your cigars in half.

Coach is open about having outlet only merchandise. The problem I have with them is, they list a “normal” price, and then a “sale” price. People think they’re getting a great deal, but Coach can make up a “regular” price so are you really getting a bargain? 💁🏼‍♀️

A lawsuit because you can't get a bag!!!! If you aren't denied the bag based on race, religion, gender, sexual preference, physical or mental ability, do you REALLY have a suit? This brand has a right to secure it's exclusivity. I hope they retire the bag for a few years and tick off the hissy fit throwing cry babies!

I agree with you that theft or attempted theft is much more common than is talked about. It’s happened to me too and one thing is losing the items (2 Chanel bags and a LV key holder), the other that hurts more is who did it and why did it happen. It’s quite hard for me to come to peace with people’s motives for these, and it’s so sad to hear that the couple sitting next to you likely stole your wallet…

This is why we have EMS in the UK, EMS as a distributer ensure that the cigars are authentic and sourced directly from the factory, also that the cigars are not damaged. this provides the UK buyers assurance of authenticity. all inspected cigar boxes are labeled with an EMS label with the date of inspection before being sent to the retailers for the customers to buy.

How do you know they are real?

Gold prices absolutely fluctuate, as does platinum. I can remember a time in the not too distant past when gold spiked and was more expensive than platinum.

I don’t know how to word this to reflect my intent, which is not to sound snarky, or mean girl, or anything negative really. That said, it sounds to me as though you may not have checked a woc out in person. It is always difficult to form a solid opinion of an item without actually investigating the item in person. I have one woc, and as far as capacity goes, it absolutely fits my iphone promax. I can also fit my key fob, cards, cash, coins, passport, pill box (allergies and accompanying migraines require I always have them), roller ball perfume, and lip products. As to size, I love how close to the body it lays, as opposed to a mini which sticks out. I can wear my woc between my clothing and jacket and almost forget it is there. As a result, when in the city, or crowds anywhere, I do not worry about pick pockets or wacking anyone with my bag. All of that said, I also have a medium classic flap, and an amazing possibly considered vintage at this point Chanel calfskin hobo, it is probably my absolute favorite every day easy bag, and the calfskin is considerably more durable than even the caviar leathers. I do travel a LOT, and use the woc for travel for every trip including quick day trips, errands, and any instance that I anticipate crowds or a lot of walking.
