I've been following for a while now and I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you- for working so hard AND for normalising taking a break. Genuinely you are my biggest inspiration for when I go into sixth form next year. I know you're going to do so well on your exams!!

thank you for normalising taking time to relax - as you say there's so much pressure to revise constantly and I always feel so bad for doing anything else, even though i'm definitely not revising as much as i should be! good luck for your a-levels, sure you'll smash them, you work so hard!

Start with journaling, prayer, worship, turn off bad music, verses, living like the fruit of the spirit each day. Nobody is perfect except Jesus. It’s okay to make mistakes, we all do. I’ve been doing 6 hours of revision (2 hours for each subject) everyday since study leave began. I began to feel very burnt out, so took a day off yesterday. It really replenished my mental energy. Breaks are very important for sure! Thanks for reinforcing this! 🙌🏾☺️
