can we have a discussion about how to pull heavy things from a stack
Make it twerk
The amount of people that lift with their back is actually astounding
What about fat people
Bumbum guloso alirio
Remember lobster farm fast and dash?
Is it approved by health and safety, to lift someone up by a rectally inserted device?
We all thought that was going to go somewhere else
I dont have strong enough legs for this
Best explanation ever
Second option is just inefficient
this is all fine and dandy until you need to pick up a 90lb bearing out of a fucking 4 ft tall basket with wheels on it
I’m more interested in why that Rubiks cube isn’t solved.
But recent research shows it doesn't matter how to lift...
Ooooh, I've definitely been picking stuff up wrong 😅
😅😅😅😅😂😂
Bitch ima adult ima do what i want how i want
Try to lift an 60x60x40 box not goes like that
KOOL
Knees shouldn't extend beyond your toes for safest lifting. You use what you're lifting as a counterweight.
I am
yup pulled a muscle in my lower back like that
Those of us with bad knees over here laughing at this as we continue to destroy our backs lol
Try lifting it like that with a huge beer belly😂
The problem is you want me to do this while grabbing 200 things of 60lb bags of dog food in 5 minutes to keep up with prod or else Im seen as a slacker
Isn’t that how deadlifts work tho, you lift with your back and you’ll get a stronger back
Or you could learn how to deadlift and actually develop new ways to lift objects
I practice picking up with my back to get it stronger that way I don’t have to pick up with my knees
Ayyye Pop that thang friiiend! 😂
Your explanations are clear and concise. Easy to understand!
Yeah because that is a perfect replica of the human body. Come on, folks
Follow your bliss and don't be afraid, and doors will open where you didn't know they were going to be.
Yea I had to learn the hard way to start using this technique 😢
Sforzo di gambe non di schiena
man are you teaching children'?
*starts twerking*
Goji berries is known as Ratalu in India.
Do a twirck
Make a twirc
Where do you buy the turmeric
Definitely not lol listening to other people about stuff like this always got me hurt..lift with your back
Am I the only person that finds it impossible to lift with my knees.
Proper form is important but if you have structure problems like me it's NOT healthy. I managed to damage the nerves in my lower neck because of kyphosis lifting "correctly" I also tore a ligament on the outside of my left knee last year trying to lift with my legs. So I'm pretty fed up with this advice tbh. I went 24 years without any damage beyond a broken bone. Got thrown into Physio therapy for my back, got taught all the proper garbage for my physical life style and immediately tweaked my neck so bad I peed myself and lost motor function slightly. Then later that same year lifting with proper forms using my legs I tore my knee apart lifting a damn garden shed roof straight up no twisting nothing. I. Hate. This. Crap.
my knees say no💕
You gotta have abs , to do this at work 80 times at work almost every day
Surely common knowledge by now
People who knows how to properly deadlift would understand this
It's actually more based on the position of the neck, being straight up and down, rather then back
❤❤❤ But are the knees doing well during this movement?
Depends on how heavy it is, how strong you are and many other factors. Being able to move in many different ways as important. Picking up any significant weight, safety is number one! From somebody who’s worked in the trades for decades and seen a large proportion of, the other mostly guys who are in their 40s or 50s, and their bodies are completely blown apart, knees, backs, necks, and shoulders… A lot of them seem like they’ve been playing football without pads or a helmet for decades instead of working construction!
