    I took and tried so many ways, lessons to help my son 's anger issue and mood changing issues.I try everything but I will not let him take western meficind.I let him drink a cup of hot coffee for breakfast,more fruits.And even though im an atheist,I try praying daily asking the higer divine or universe to help him.Also I even play sanskit Indian mantra daily through the night on my bluetooth for him to listen.(Even though im not an Indian,km a chinese fr Singapore.)

    I am guilty of wasting my entire time , energy and potential on phone even though i have a lot of things to be done...once i realise that i am wasting time time hands shiver...my breathing patter changes and i feel pain from within but despute of all this i keep on using phone becoz maybe that guilt has become a comfort zone for me.. after crying and sobbing i just sleep..wake up go to coaching and xome back sleep and do the same thing...
