Sports for Change || Overview
Sports for Change by HCLFoundation (SFC) a special initiative by HCLFoundation pioneering on the idea of breaking barriers of poverty, class, caste, and physical abilities, offers underserved children and youth opportunities to realize their full potential. Bringing together the many players, SFC is building an ecosystem where social norms are challenged, grassroots talent is nurtured, and aspirations are fulfilled.
To encourage children, especially girls, and potential para-athletes, SFC has built a robust ecosystem of change. This includes advocating with communities, counselling parents, and providing safe infrastructure. Imparting structured training to build interest in sports, the programme offers the right nutrition and equips the athletes with sporting kits.
