Thank you, just followed your method and it worked! Helpful tips: (1) perform an ink flush after you replace the cartridges; (2) don't get the conductive bronze wet; (3) dry the cartridges and flip them upside down to drain excess fluid.

This works on older printers. A newer model I have, uses cartridges that read a computer chip or something that needs to be reset inorder to function. I bought refillable cartridges, but their measurements were slightly too big and messed up the printer. Be sure to cover the holes after. While working in a large corporation when refilling these cartridges began, a few appeared to blow up in the printers because employees did not cover the ports that were filled and did not wait for the sponge inside the cartridges to absorb the ink. I watched this video to refamiliarize myself with the process.

Okay I have an update so the printer the Canon TS 3522 I believe its 275 cartridge it's printing color but it's not printing all black that's crazy is there any way to fix this

Hey can you help me your video helped I have the Canon TS 3522 however the ink refill worked a couple times but now it's printing blanks after I refilled it last night any tips on how to fix this please reply ASAP thank you please note I clicked the reset button held at 3 seconds and I also held down the stop button turn the printer on and off and I also held the printer cartridge against a paper to see if any ink is coming out and the part on the cartridge that looks like a film strip yeah I pressed that against a tissue paper to see if any ink comes out and the ink lines black and the color comes out fine so I don't know why it's not printing help me out please thank you

Does the solution you put in come out eventually? Like does it mess up the ink on the first few prints?

How does one know how to not overfill and spill ink everywhere, do you just guess? 🤔 You should tell people important info like, a better way to reseal fill ports other than just pressing the tape label back on and how do you reset cartridges or will printer still work even though usaged indicator is just an approximate readout anyway and not important.

"Look it's perfect"... is that because you used a brand new ink cartridge? The one he put in at the end was not the one he refilled in the video. You can clearly see it's a 245 when he puts the sticker back on. And it's crooked and full of ink smudges afterwards, so I have a hard time beliving the pristine 275 he put in at the end was ever refilled. I was hoping for concrete evidence that this would work for my specific printer before trying it myself but I just can't trust this video.

but does it matter? if the chip will only allow 50 pages for printing?

quick question. Hp says the Black cartridge contain Black pigment ink instead of dye. should I refill them using pigment ink?

Great video!! Many little details of things I had not done while refilling my cartridges. Is there a way to tell if you have damaged the little square pad at the bottom of the cartridge (when the ink sponge is removed)? I am having a hell of a time with my color cartridge and wondering if I have damaged the small square pad somehow. Thanks for you help!!! Your video is the best video and I have watched tons!!!

Why didn't the dumb company include the instruction in the package with the drill tool? This is for the Canon TS3500 series. Can anybody explain that?

He didn't show the entire process , the most important step is to reset these cartridges or reset printers ink level monetering system , otherwise printer wont work properly still says ink level low or no ink

How much ml?

It would be VERY HELPFUL if CZcams didn't remove the dislike counter. That way we can ALL know if this ACTUALLY works or not.

You didn't show how to refill the 'color' cartridge - what color is the 'top' hole? What color goes into the 'bottom-left' hole .. the 'bottom-right' hole?
