How I eat XLB (yours may differ) -- transfer one into a spoon, add sauce and ginger on top, wait 2 minutes for it to cool, pop the whole thing into my gullet.

This spot is actually in Elmhurst lol the Corona border is Junction Blvd, but anyway I tried the tacos arabes here a few days ago and they were great, especially with the quesillo. There's a spot in Corona called Delicias Mexicanas that has even better tacos arabes though. Give that a shot :)
