Hes nothing great. All single dble stroke roles, no stroke foot work, no double bass 16 notes, no polyrythms, sincopations…no complexity, a.k.a. Bozzio, Peart, Portnoy, Dunbar…those are the drummers, this guy falls in the line with all the other basic drummers, Kenny Aranoff, The guy from Aerosmith, the over rated guy on Red Hot Chilli Pepers…com😂 in, this is a wast😂d video…this guy was lucky enough to be on a major selling band that anyone can do…sit ups? Really, thats your musical context…stupid!

It's so cool to see one of your drumming idols as the student. I always saw Louie as a master of his craft, and seeing this I almost forget he was human just like myself and any other drummers. What you don't see is the 100s of hours of practice he put in to constantly master his craft. Super inspiring to see one of your favorite drummers actually thinking out a rudiment, doing it wrong, and being corrected until he played it right. 🥁🤓
