Hand hygiene should be done as per WHO guidelines. You didn't complete the steps in the subsequent HHs. Sample bottle is usually given by the examiner. As you read the result you should be documenting as well if not in the exam pressure you will forget the results for feedback and saves time too. You can document with the gloves, they dont fail you. This is a 8 minute station...you sleeady took 31 seconds extra in this video
