Hi Thanks for your compliment. Actually some other people also posted this complaint about card issue. You don't need to pay in Vietnamese dong. Just try with another card. But make sure international online transaction feature is enabled for your card. Even one of my card was declined.

I have noticed some that some people got in 3 -4 days but a few people also upto 15 days. So it's hard to say. Average time is 1 week. So let's hope for the best.

@@vikaskumarsahu2298 Visa apply karte time usme Entry date fill karna hoga. Aap flight date se 1 day pahle ka fill karna. Apka visa us entry day se next 30 days tak valid rahega.
