Hi the hubs of the rims are fixed with the M3 button head screws, you have to remove them. Then you can take of the hub, the inner part of the rims is secured with a shaft locking ring on the inner side, than you can remove the outer part of the planetary gear... but why do you want to replace it, they looks from stock quite goo, ok a little bit big, but that is linked ot the planetary gear and the ball bearing behind...

Hi Lars, ich habe von Kampfshoff eine 1000ml Minipumpe verbaut, dazu muss aber auch eine doppelte Ansaugleitung verbaut werden... nachdem ich noch die 1. Generation Brushlessantrieb habe, habe ich den auf Sensor umgebaut, dadurch ist das anfahren schöner....

I ordered it direct from MT in China. and I haven't had big problems, one servo from a valve died... but I did some upgrades, which are meanwhile incorporated in the latest versions...

sorry for my late answer, the weight is 18kg so maybe a little bit lighter and smaller than the WA470, but overall "nicer" and with more functions. like hydraulic quic coupler or aux hydraulic...

What do you want to see? the hydraulic is under the battery tray so you don't see a lot, but you can check my other videos, where you see the WA480 in action, maybe this gives you a better understanding how it operates...

Hello, yes I improved the settings a lot, with the Radiomaster TX16S you can use customized curves for each valve, togehter with the mixer for the pump it improves the control of the cylinder a lot...

Hallo, im Prinzip gar nicht viel: mir war nur die Pumpe etwas laut und die Fördermenge zu gering, jetzt ist eine Kampshoff Minipumpe mit 1000ml drin, die aber über 2 Saugschläuche am Tank angeschlossen ist, der Rest ist nur optimieren der Ventilkurven im Sender

Der komplette Drehmotor wurde durch einen 36mm Planetengetriebemotor (Bürsten) mit 43 RPM getauscht, angesteuert wird der Bürstenmotor durch einen Servonaut MFX

Hello, the valves are the standard ones from MT-Modlestore with a preasureless return on neutral position, as the valve is mountend "deep" inside the back it is hard to make photos. on my other video with the new pump you see at min 1:14 the valves: czcams.com/video/AxQ3lZrTRHw/video.html

the bucket was designed and CNC edging by a friend. The rest of the mechanics is my design and build, but MT will also release a high tip bucket soon, but I like my one , especially since it is lighter, I used only 1mm steel and just doubled it on the area where it is needed... last but not least my one is unique... 😝no one else has it....

@@The-Warm-voice1359 you are right a light bucket has a lot of advantages. But I think in a mass production, where speed is key, thicker steel parts are much easier to weld... therefore most of the commercial buckets either for loader or excavator have quite thick steel plates. But I am sure MT's high tip bucket is working and from cost point of view a great deal. my unique one pcs bucket was quite expensive, if you calculate every part I need to order...

@@wbuchner666 very well bro .👍 Yeah when the bucket comes heavy that will hinder lifting the arm when lifting the sand But JDM 870K have heavy bucket it is very strong ....do you know my dear friend JDM 870K strongest than xd komatsu wa470 and MTRC komatsu wa480 even JZM cat 950 wheel loader ..when you try 870k you will change your mind 🤗

Hi, I am very happy with the loader, I haven't had any problems so far and my son is playing always full power without regard to losses. So a hardcore testdriver 😂... But I have upgraded the motor to a sensored brushless motor and a more powerful Kampfshoff pump.. I would buy the loader again.....

Thanks this is great information. I read it has a belt reduction drive on the transmission is that correct? Obviously been no trouble

​@@hopvalleyminimining7672your welcome. yes it has a belt drive reduction, but it is working very well. the axle have in addition an outside planetary gear, so the torque on the main gear is not so much... And it is very silent....

no problem with the sound, the volume was still set to a low level, as I did some test drives at home before... anyway it was overall quite noisy on the parcours, the sorting machine and so on are making already a lot of noise, so if everybody has a loud sound module you can't talk... and most important for me on a sound module is the horn… 📯

@@The-Warm-voice1359 the new flat bucket is great, to be honest: I think for 95% of the jobs for a RC wheel loader the flat bucket ist the best option, I leave meanwhile the delta bucket with teeth at home...

@@wbuchner666 i agreed the flat bucket is perfect it also gives a beautiful view and about the original bucket with teeth that for rocks jobs i'm think about one like him but i will let the seller paint him in yellow color and then buy him is great for dirt and sand and sand combing
