Leon Byner's most creative time on radio. Very clever with his many characters on 5KA. I used to record his programs if I couldn't listen to his shows. I even have his very last show on tape on 5KA before he moved to Sydney.

The sad untimely passing of Matt Monro left a big void in the wonderful but now forgotten songs of yesteryear. He was one of the last of the great crooners and was sensational. He is unforgettable and sadly missed.
