Sap is amazing, miss thai town

For anyone comparing this soup to Pho, it's worth noting that Pho is made with few ingredients over many hours, while boat noodles is quite a few ingredients working together. Boat noodles only takes about 2 hours to prepare before serving, whereas Pho should be cooked a minimum of 10 hours (suggestion) or more to achieve its unique flavour.

Went hear today: god awful restaurant. Drinks are more ice than drink ("Hey, I think you got too much thai tea on your ice there") The soup on the boat noodles taste like it was cheated: the broth was made with sauces high in MSG.

I dont get it... Why is it the viet's who always try to put the viet stamp on everything... On a clip for thai noodles or hamburgers you see comments like "Pho #1", "Viet food #1". LOL... I might start doing that randomly for things that have no relation to food. A fabreeze commercial will soon have the comment..."Pho #1".

damn... i want some pho too.. lmao i had some this week from this thai cuisine... it was really bad... thai can't do it like viet... no offense... but yeah....

This almost reminds of pho, except you have to put the Sriracha sauce on it to make it hotter which then makes it a fusion of Vietnamese-Thai dish :D. I will be going to Sapp Coffee Shop soon.

I don't know about Thai places, but the best chinese restaurants in LA county are the ones with C grade.

OMFG, that place really is a dump. Taken from a health inspection website: "Grade C - An establishment having a rating score of 77-70 points. These facilities typically exhibit poor to marginal levels of sanitation during an unannounced routine inspection."
