Nothing you can tell me about these engines. IF it is a 102 hp they were famous in our circles for having long duration hydraulic flat tappet camshafts. Even more than 140 horse versions. The mistake regular engine rebuilders never get right is in getting the single cylinder head (for 3 cylinders) to clamp the three separate "fire ring" individual-cylinder head gaskets properly.

You don't appear to be receptive to comments, but here's my 2 cents worth anyway: The motor should be much lower in the chassis and further toward the rear. The thing looks life it's as high as a pickup truck now and prone to tip over.. Maybe lower the front end a lot, too. Nothing's too late at this point.

Your intake manifold is holly. You need an adapter from Holly to edelbrock. 4 hole to 2 hole.

We have an Emerson in our garage that looks just like the one you pull apart. It’s been in our family most of its life. We use ours often and I add Zoom oil once a year. Maybe I’ll be brave enough to open up the gear box and clean it up. The fan slows down when it gets hot, so that’s what brought me to your video.

Dawn soap is a great degreaser, naptha also good. If you use soap and water be sure to thoroughly rinse and dry then soak with fresh oil.

@charger383mopar how reliable are these? With the stock cluster, it seems like everything causes it to short and stop working. Is this any different?
