Spoiler alert about Kiana*** She ends up with farmer Mitchell’s friend Houston that he brought to this episode lol so it’s actually very interesting to see how they interacted! I’m glad she did find love in this experience! 😊

I think that camel excursion is the most fun any of the women had at a farm so far.

They're so caught up in the gameshow aspect of filming and winning and maybe just being entertaining a character...must be confusing to determine how they actually feel about the person in front of them. Reality TV is a trip. Props to Whitney for making it through with her head on straight...continue to manage that beautifully.

Working out should definitely be enjoyable and fun. Especially once you reach a certain age. Would definitely suggest music. Getting one of those small iPods and putting together a playlist you love can be a game changer. Don't totally understand the relationship between stress and body strength/health...but don't think its good. The enjoyment of the process seems to pay the dividends.
