The official CZcams Channel of Last Call Heroes Championship BBQ Team. Last Call Heroes BBQ came to life in 2008 when we started cooking in back yards for various small gatherings with the intentions of perfecting our BBQ for competition. In September 2012, with the help of Calvin Christie and other good friends, Travis Duffy entered his first BBQ contest in Pierre, SD and won.
Fast forward to today and we are:
2022 - Smoke in the Spring - Osage City, KS Grand Champion
2021 - American Royal Open World Champion
2021 - Top 20 KCBS Team of the Year
2021 - 9th Overall KCBS World Invitational
2021 - Reserve Grand Champion - Rocky Mountain BBQ Association
2020 - Top 40 KCBS Team of the Year
2020 - Top 75 KCBS Team of the Year
2019 - American Royal Open Reserve World Champion
2018 11th Overall American Royal Open

Surf & Turf Class at Barbecue Heaven | Water meets Dirt

Nice video you did great job. But if I were to "critique" Maybe not breath so hard you sound out breath I'm sure it because so quite in room but good job
It's the way I breathe. I have allergies. Go ahead and "critique" me all you want. The purpose of the video was to show how i build boxes, not how I breathe.

Thanks for sharing. Does it come up in the center over night with no weight on the kale? Is the wet paper towel enough to hold it down? My lettuce box always pops up in the middle.
Ours did also, That's why I stopped using it. Try putting the heavy ends on top before closing the box up, it has helped before. The kale does not come up like the lettuce
have never had kale pop up like lettuce does.
