It didn’t change that much, just upgraded graphics and UI
They did all of this in such a short amount of time & a level of crunch Todd Howards’ kids didn’t have. I am an unapologetic enjoyer of NV for good reason.
It would be nice if Bethesda put at least half the amount of effort into making the next Fallout game that Obsidian put into Fallout New Vegas

Angel Studios began work on Red Dead Revolver with Capcom's funding in 2000. During the development, Angel Studios was acquired and rebranded by Rockstar Games as Rockstar San Diego.
